Last night I was knocked out early hoping I could get a good rest and be my 101% for the following work day. I sure did not expect to get up with (still) a throbbing headache. But because I’m stubborn like my head, I still went to the office.
And look what Ate Abel got for me!
So thoughtful. I’ve been wanting to get one from their tree but I just couldn’t find the time and...
2nd Month of the Year
The migraine attacks are back, and paranoia is creeping down my spine. The last time I went for a check-up, the doctor told me to come back (for possible referral to a neurologist) if my headache persists after my 10-day medication. I’m weeks passed my medication and I’m having attacks almost everyday since then.
Whenever I feel like I’m going to be sick again, I turn to this:
